Full Rotation Drill
This drill focuses on creating a full rotation in the backswing. This helps golfers create proper turns and increase speed and power.
3-Piece Swing Drill
This drill is designed to help golfers identify the three key positions in the backswing. This will help accomplish greater energy and prepare for stronger and more accurate shots.
Swing From Impact Position Drill
This drill is designed to help golfers find the perfect impact position. This allows for the golf ball to be compressed and launched at the proper angle with the proper spin.
Club Release To Full Swing Drill
This drill promotes rhythm and sequencing for golfers who are having a difficult time starting their backswing.
Trail Foot backswing drill
This drill has the golfer balance on the front leading foot. This helps promote balance and staying on top of the golf ball.
Feet together tempo drill
This drill has the golfer place their feet together to promote a tempo'd swing while maintaining balance. This will improve swing tempo and will allow for better and more consistent contact.
Step Back Drill
This drill focuses on the golfer loading up the trail side and then transferring weight to the front side to maximize power.
Pump Drill
This drill helps golfers keep the wrist angle square at the top of the backswing. This allows the hands to connect with the rest of the body in the downswing and stay in sync.
Split Hand Drill
This drill will create better extension, width and depth in the backswing. This leads to more power in the swing.
Step Back, Step Through & Swing Drill
This drill uses a rocking motion to helps golfers gain momentum, power and speed throughout the swing for greater distance.
